If you would like to have a stall or side attraction on the Sunday of Waingroves Show, please fill out the below form and we will get back to you with the relevant details. Stall holders must be over 18 years of age. Stalls will be held on the Showground at Waingroves Primary School. All stalls cost £15 each which is payable on the day. Once you have filled out the application form we will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation as to whether or not you've been successful with your application and details on arrival instructions and directions etc. Please be aware that you must bring with you any equipment you will need (chairs, tables, gazebos etc) as Waingroves Show cannot supply these and that you are fully responsible for them for the day including set up and dismantling.
Before completing please review the Stall Holder Regulations. These must be adhered to during the weekend. Even if you have attended one of our past events, please re-read these regulations in case we have updated them since the last event. Thank you.
That's the official part done with... phew! Finally can we just say that we love seeing so many varied and interesting stalls every year and you never fail to surprise us with what you bring. We love the variety and we hope that Waingroves Show only continues to grow!
